Almost the finish of March 2009, that means my year of 28 already past for 2 weeks. I have alot of plan this year, really worry in every plan, because there are alot to be considered in a project. Anyway I have 50 weeks to work out all my plans step by step. Hope that at the begining of 29, I will be satisfied of the work I have done this year.

Dear All,

For last month, I think all the people hadput their concentration in the economic crisis. I am one of them. Indeed I feel quite amazing and a bit exacting even though I also lost in some of my investment. I am not saying that I made my happiness on people's pain, but watching and watching how's the markets went, how it was irrationally drop. I realised that 99% of human in the world, including myself, are stupid and somehow optimistic. I believed that the root of this crisis was not about sub-prime, it was about the naive of people. I have to say that I am only talking the situation in Hong Kong, not in USA. Because I am sure the problem there was so huge and cannot be judge right now. How they can trust in someone, who was  a stranger on the street, can double their money in one night? How they can paid for a stranger to invest their money, the money they saved for whole working life, without any responsibilty? How people make judge on one issue? BY RATIONAL QUESTIONING OR EMOTION?? Obviously, for the past 3 years, people fell in to this BIG casino without thinking with their head. I believed that to make one judgment, we need to question ourselve where you stand on? Are we stand on the ground that facts come out from academic results and from history? Or we are flying on the AIR that all the supporting reasons are come from others mouth? I belived we have to be very clear in this point living in this complicate world because information in nowadays is flooded and I am sure not many of them is come from firm support. There was on article in the newspaper today that I think the writter was right. He said there is no one for make a statement which is "for sure", there is only one thing that could be "for sure", which is those people is MAKING GUESSES.

 

Actually I am looking for a bigger flat these few monthes, however I finally made up my mind today that I will not buy before next Feb. I was very about to buy today because the agent told me that the flat I was inspected is dropped from 2.15M to 1.8M, which I thought could make the deal at about 1.6to 1.7M finally. After todays 13% drops in HSI, I think that the problem could not be end in next 3 years and the bottom is yet to come. So my target is, at the moment, about 1.3-1.5M. If it is the case, I think I will buy 2 in one time because it would be so bargain.

 

Anyway, it is not a good situation for many people, especially for the old people who loss their saving. But, optimistically, for many of my dearest friends, this is the best opportunity for our generation and for the PREPARED people.

Dear all,

After bought the Diamond for more than 2 weeks, I got a well-functioned ( I hope) one finally. It is a quite impressive mobile, I am glad.

 

Today, I has a special holiday thanks for the Typhoon. Clean up so many useless documents and tidy my room. Feel so good.

The last 10 days were really exhausted. Hanging with Clients, some annoyed personal issues, etc..............

Anyway, just want to keep updating about what I am doing, so thats it for this time.

Dear all,

Finally make the decision to buy the HTC Diamond. Really feel it is a bit expensive. But anyway, want to get a HTC Pda phone for a long time. So looking forward to use it.
